    What is Brain&Body

    Brain&Body is a before and after school program of mentally and physically engaging activities that are designed to boost a child’s performance in school.

    With our ‘active brain training’ program, children can reap the benefits of exercise, whilst also training their brains to conquer any problems they are likely to face in school, homework, or elsewhere. All of our activities are delivered in English, so it is a great chance to practice language skills too!
